This guy is a borderline renaissance man and should do a great job.

Pedro Pascal and Mick Jagger?

They were great.

Bad Bunny did his best to keep up.

… oh, and I actually enjoyed the Do Not Destroy video this week. So left field.

I feel like I’m talking to myself, but I’m okay with that.

I’m finishing the last of the video on YouTube and loved this one:

Obviously I didn't care for Bad Bunny's music, but I thought overall the show was quite good. Many more laughs than usual. I have to wonder if the sketch where Marcello Hernandez brings home a date to his mom is funnier if you don't know Spanish. Can any of the Spanish speakers chime in? I love the hopeful "(Spanish Spanish Spanish).....Jenna Ortega Ana De Armas", then a dejected "(Spanish Spanish Spanish)....Greta Thunberg" criticism of her son's dating choice.

not at all Goldberg. I always find your comments spot on. I guess you are a Bad Bunny fan. I'm definitely not but even if I was I didn't find a lot to laugh at in this episode. The Please Dont Destroy stuff was the only thing that brought out a chuckle and that was the arbitrary insertion of Michael Jackson into the world of Shrek.

Nothing else clicked for me. The Jim Jordan intro with Trump should have been a lot funnier. The guy who does Trump didn't seem up to his usual level of Trump manic word stream funniness. I also don't like when they need to find a place to stick Bowen Yang so they randomly stick him where he doesn't belong. He is funny as Santos but it would have been better to see Matt Gaetz in that skit. Great to see Chloe Fineman get felt up, she and Heidi do so much with 5 minutes of screen time. They are great!

I’ve lived in South Texas for over two decades and have listened to students and colleagues talk that way all the time. It cracks me up. Then the6 realize 8m in the room and apologize profusely but I shrug it off and let them know I get the gist of what they’re saying and that’s what makes this sketch (and the discovery one) so funny.

Thanks, bluesix… and no, I’m not a Bad Bunny fan but my students love him and what I know about him I’ve learned from them (i.e. his acting, his music, his business ventures, etc.) and being a wrestling fan, I knew of his WWE exploits. They were excited to hear he was hosting this weekend. We’ll see what they talk about tomorrow.

Oh, and I wonder how much flack Pedro will get for appearing last night.

This episode was pretty painful to me. Not much was funny and I think all the sketches ended with huge thuds.

Hated Bad Bunny's music, and I know English isn't his first language - but it was tough listening to him speak English.

Punkie Johnson looks alright dressed as a maid.
A shame that Sarah Sherman isn't get used much this season so far.

I did laugh when Pedro Pascal (playing a older Spanish woman) threw out the butter cookies and used the tin to hold sewing items. Those with parents who are immigrants can fully relate.

My mom did that with the Danish butter cookie tins

Why do girls go crazy and scream over Bad Bunny and is he the Pete Davidson of Latin music?

Seriously? You don't see why girls think he's attractive? Pete Davidson, yeah that's a mystery (other than the rumor, of course), but even as a straight guy I can see why the girls go crazy over this Bad Bunny.

He gives off kind of a dorky vibe so do not get it.

Back then, the Beatles didn't look anything like dorks. Their hair and clothing looked wild to most. You can't look at it through today's lenses.

You’re telling me there was a time where Ringo Starr didn’t look like a dork? With that hideous hooter. I don’t believe you.
