So with those end scenes.... what are the going to do now? Just restart Justified with Season 7 and undermine the ending of the original run more?

The Goggins cameo is certain to spark buzz and fan demand for another chapter of the “Justified” saga. And Olyphant would be up for a reunion with Goggins.“Whether Raylan picks up the phone or not, I don’t know,” Olyphant said. “But everyone involved would love to get the band back together. If we get another opportunity, I would love the casts from both shows to come together.”
In an interview conducted before the SAG-AFTRA strike, the return of Goggins was a plan long in the making, Olyphant said.
“My understanding is that idea of Boyd returning came up before we even started shooting,” he said. “It’s a good idea and a big swing. But it only works if everything that precedes it holds up. If we don’t do a good job with that, it feels like some sort of apology.”

Yeah don't bother with this again unless it is Raylan chasing Boyd. Good to see him again.
Funny to see Luis Guzman pop up in all these small roles.

Wow. What a terrible, uninteresting, flat, boring show. I’ll forget about this series in a day. So uninspired. Not even Goggins could save this dismal excuse for a reboot. Too much wasted talent. This was nothing, about nothing, and executed with nothing. What a waste of almost 8 hours of tv.

Raylan FINALLY has his big showdown with the cartoon bad guy, and the guy was reaching for...a cassette tape. Just awful in every possible way. Hated it.

Just finished this. They really shouldn’t of made this. Didn’t feel like Justified at all. There was just no point to it. Now they teased us with that ending which messes up the original Justifieds good ending. Just a mistake all around to start this back up.

I didn't hate the show, because I like Raylan as a character and almost everything Olyphant does. I hated his daughter, she is a terrible actress. I didn't mind Holbrook playing a cartoonish villain, those have been on Justified before, but his motivation wasn't clear, not even with the corruption in mind. The original series was way better, but City Primeval was OK.

I knocked this out over the last couple weeks.
Things I liked:
-that Raylan's daughter wasn't a significant part of the show. That was my fear after she was in the first couple episodes. Terrible actress too (yes I know that's actually Olyphant's kid)
-Mansell was a decent baddy
-that Boyd is back and this all but assures a follow up series
Things I didn't like:
-the intimate relationship between Raylan and the lawyer. Give me a break. So cringey and felt so out of character for Raylan
-Mansell being in his underwear half of the show
I enjoyed it overall, didn't dislike it as much as others...but definitely a step down from the original run

I binged this over the last couple of days… and I don’t quite know what to think of it.
It felt like Givens was wedged into someone else’s story. Little did I know that I was right… an Elmore novel at that.
Anyways… a forgettable series.

Yes, a real shame. The book is decent but I really was disappointed by this. Justified is one of my all-time favorites. I watched the entire series at least once a year.
