It's the icon that shows up in the top section that shows all the tabs you have open. It used to be DVDTalk which was easy to know what it was, now it's this blue brand logo. I kept reopening DVDTalk the first few times because I didn't think I had it open.

Not major, just annoying until I build new muscle memory It's been over two decades of the other icon!

Mobile or desk/laptop?

Favicon is the Vbulletin icon and not the DVD Talk icon everywhere for me (desktop Chrome and Firefox - even in an incognito window, mobile Safari, etc):

Yes same here... happened last week after the forum update.

In the Blue Text thread it was recommended to clear cookies. That didn't change it. I see it even on a browser which is already cleared. Shows everywhere this way.

I don't hate it. Just wondered if it's appearance meant something was happening.

Yeah, probably just automatically reverted to the default software setting.

I noticed it - figured it was some kind of update that did it - took a few days to get use to the change. Much prefer the old one.

Fixed this morning. Icon switched back to DVDTalk.

Yep, just came in here to say they fixed it, yay! It never occurred to me the change was unintentional. Thanks for giving IB the directions on how to change it back!!

My Chrome browser is still showing the Vbulletin favicon.

I’m still seeing the weird one too. Makes me think I had closed out the forum tab.

Strange. All I did was load the forums this morning. I happened to be looking at the area of the bookmark bar shortcut and saw it change.

Try force-reloading any DVD Talk forum page, and it should clear the old favicon file out of your browser cache and pick up the new one. Hold the Shift key while pressing the Reload button to force-reload.
