Box Set has been changed to November 17, 2000 instead of the previously
scheduled date we e-mailed to you.

Is this true or just some pathetic attempt at an excuse for not being able to ship on time? I've been reading posts from people that have already received this box set.

I think they are not telling the truth. I see many people are already receiving this title. I just checked my preorder at Amazon and it's listed as in stock now, however I am still waiting for it to ship.

I already received my box set from Buy.com on the 13th.

That means Buy.com would have had to have had the set in stock no later than the 10th, since it shipped 2-3 day USPS.

I would imagine eToys HAS the set in stock, but are unwilling to ship it until the official release date.

Technically Buy.com (or their warehouse shipper) should have done the same according to the standard studio contract, but I'm not complaining...

I think it's some pathetic attempt. Either they didn't order enough to cover pre-orders or they are getting their copies from another company, not Disney. I just picked mine up today at Best Buy.

Mine shipped from Amazon yesterday, and I was at BB today, and they had about 30 of them.

Amazon emailed me that fantasia anthology was shipped yesterday (11/13)

Seems like Disney has not been able to supply the smaller e-tailers and retailers with their CE box sets, at least with The Ultimate Toy Box and Fantasia Anthology. My FA shipped from Amazon yesterday and arrived this afternoon.

Shipped from 800.com on Monday. Can't wait!
