How is Amazon with Exchanges??

I just opened up my Ultimate Toy Box I received from Amazon, to discover that it contains the Toy Story disc, and 2 copies of the Toy Story 2 disc, but no copies of the 3rd disc! I've never had a problem with Amazon in the past and, obviously, this is not their error, but do they usually do exchanges for problems like this without a problem, or no? Also, since I have to send this back in order to exchange it, will I have to pay shipping costs even though it's not my mistake or how does that work? Thanks!
Off to e-mail them about it now.

First thing is to call them, and they will replace it as soon as possible.
Amazon.com sends you a new dvd replacing your old defective copy, by 2nd day or overnight shipping, and sends you a return mailer along with your replacement dvd. You put the old defect dvd in the box, slap on the return mailer, and keep the replacement, and pay nothing.
That's how my defective stuff gets replaced from amazon.com.

Amazon's customer service is definitely above average if not excellent!!! I emailed them Friday evening regarding Shenmue which I had ordered back in October using a $10 off $30 coupon.....at the time, the price listed was $49.95....just prior to shipment they lowered this to $44.95. Per my request, they credited my account to reflect this new price so I wound up paying $39.95 for this game!!

I've got an update on my situation. When I checked my e-mail this morning, I had a message waiting for me from Amazon. They're going to ship the replacement "ASAP' via 2nd Day Air. Now, that's what I call service!

Yeah, instead of my Bruce Lee box set they sent me some art picture book. It was worth $40 on their website, and I called up their CS about it. They immediately sent me a replacement, and told me it would be too expensive to ship it back to them from Canada, so just keep it. I exchanged it at Chapters for a Guiness book of world records and a couple of CDs. Not bad at all.
