OK, so I got an email this morning saying that there had been a problem authorizing payment on my credit card at DVDEpire on one of my orders. I used a debit card and the money was not in my account yet simply because the order they had tried to authorize my card for actually ended up being a preorder. So, I cross check the order number they list againt my preorders with them and it turns out the order they had been attempting to authorize payment for was BATMAN BEYOND: RETURN OF THE JOKER!!! So I emailed them back, asking why an item set to ship over a month from now was having payment authorized for. They responded telling me that if a pre-release item arrives then they attempt to charge the card so they can ship it!! I instructed them to go ahead and use the card (as my paycheck had been automatically deposited since they last tried) and to go ahead and charge to that card if it was infact to process that order. They responded back indicating they had begun the process. So, at last check, my charge has yet to be charged and my card and BATMAN BEYOND: ROTJ has yet to ship, but, who knows if it's on it's way or not...
