Trying to find a martial arts movie
I can't remember who's in it or the name of film, only 1 scene where I can give best detail is its set in modern day Hong Kong and a asian woman with black hair went out to some shops when she was told by her brother not to go out
, she went out anyway and on her way home she got attacked by a group of 4 or 5 men, only one I remember best was a guy wearing mostly denim clothes with a red mohawk hairstyle and he had a hole in his jeans where his butt is on one of his cheeks the words, Don't touch, can be seen the woman kicked him in the Nutts and he were saying you son of bitch, during the attack she accidentally touched his butt. That's all I can remember, I'm sure it was made in 90s

Bloodfight (1989). I've seen it (but don't remember much about it). I Googled using your description to find it.

Unfortunately it doesn’t go well, the guy just uses his new training to improve his bullying. His punk friends are funny, they talk in funny voices and their English is indecipherable. One of them has a red mohawk and kinda acts like a monkey. Another one has one side of his jeans torn out with “DON’T TOUCH” written on the exposed butt cheek.

Dimension X is correct. I found the movie on the Tube of Yous, and the scene with the fight and crotch shot starts around 19:15.

I never got the point in chasing away New Members with nonsense answers like Schindler's List, Good Burger, etc. I figured I had probably seen it, and thought I'd take a couple of minutes to find the real title. Sorry for spoiling everyone's fun.
