I tried to use a 'refer-a-friend' $5 GC on my account today but was presented with a 'problem message' saying only one promotional GC could be used per order. I have $14 left in my account and on my last order, I also used a $5 promo GC. If this previous order has not yet been shipped, will the $5 promo used on this order be 'technically' still in my account? (therefore not allowing any other promo's to be used)
You may think that they used all my other 'non promo' GC's and left the 'promo' as part of the remaining $14, but when I check the details of this last order, it clearly states that the $5 promo has been used in this transaction.
Is there any other reasons why I'm getting this message, I can't figure it out
...any ideas would be appreciated.

I believe you are right. AS long as you have an outstanding order with a promo GC, you can't use another. However, I have gotten around this. I just don't know how since I haven't bothered with it to much. Maybe trying getting referals from different accounts?
