What can't I track a package from over seas? PostNL to be specific.
I mean most shipments from overseas via Amazon i was never able to track a packagen. i get a number, but none that can be used to track an actual package, unless DHL which i think UK shipped once and I could track. But if i have PostNL #, why can't i track it? Thanks in advance.
