It would make perfect closure, but this series is famous for surprising folks.

Either Jaime off's Cersei or she offs him when they confront one another alone.

My mind went here for some reason:

"Who gets Cersei?"
"I don't understand."
"Who kills Queen Cersei? At the end, somebody's got to do it! Is it Jamie? Who?"
"Nobody. Nobody kills her. She lives."
"You mean she wins? Jesus, grandpa, why did you read me this thing for?"
"You know, you've been very sick, and you're taking this story very seriously. I think we'd better stop now."
"No, I'm OK. I'm OK. Sit down. I'm all right."

Jamie is killed by Cersei directly or indirectly. I think Olenna had that one right. I doubt it is Arya since she took out the Night King. Tyrion is an option but kind of predictable. Dany seems unlikely.

Sansa. That would be good TV right there. I predict Sansa. Has she ever killed anyone?

Here is the relevant info:
During her teenage years, believing that her betrothal to Rhaegar would soon be announced, Cersei brought her companions Melara Hetherspoon and Jeyne Farman to a witch named Maggy the Frog. Jeyne was instantly frightened and left the tent. Cersei and Melara stayed and tried to get the witch to tell them a prophecy. In the face of Cersei's threats, Maggy agreed to answer three questions. In response to those questions, Maggy told Cersei she would marry the king and not the prince, that she would be overthrown by a younger and more beautiful queen, that Cersei's children would die during Cersei's lifetime, and that the valonqar (High Valyrian for "little brother") would come to end her life.

I hadn't considered him, but a good choice IMO.

So the valonqar, after the whole Red Witch in the last episode, Tyrion will kill her.

So the prophecy implies...

Then there's the whole Arya will kill someone with brown eyes (son-pie eating dude), blue eyes (Night King), and green eyes (Cersei).

So I guess a toss-up

Arya kills Tyrion, kills Cersei wearing his face. That's a wrap, everyone.

Jamie will, and he'll push her off the top of the castle or something. It will mirror what he did to Bran in Episode 1.

Since Sansa didn't use the pointy end in the last battle, I predict she will... but Jamie would be more ironic.

First, who will be Cersei's last victim? If you think we hate her now, just wait. She's going to do something that will have everybody watching scream "YOU MOTHERFUCKING BITCH!" at their tvs.
When the heroes get to King's Landing, Jamie will be in Cersei's confidence and standing with her at the throne, even though he's really on the other side.
Jon, Dany and Tyrion will be captured and brought before Cersei as prisoners.
Cersei will have The Mountain chop off one of their heads.
Jamie freaks, pulls his sword and runs it through Cersei.
The Mountain then kills Jamie.
Then somebody kills The Mountain.

Option 13: She'll live through the story and just be banished from Landing. Too much of a fan favorite to get killed, since this is now HBO's GoT and not GRRM's.

I'll go with Dragons as it would be pretty cool to give her that kind of send off. I will go out on a limb and say she will kill Jon Snow when he does something stupid and trusts her and then Dany will go into a rage and have the dragons off her...

That's one of the reasons she's always hated him. But Jaime is also younger than her by a few minutes....

It will be Bronn killing her with the crossbow after a bad relationship between the two.

Yup, was having this discussion with the one GoT fan in my office. So we have the soothsayer prediction that either Jaime or Tyrion will end her and we have Olenna's "deathbed" prediction:

Olenna obviously does not have a track record of prognostication like the soothsayer, but I think this prediction will come true. So either Cersei kills/causes the death of Jaime and Tyrion kills her or Cersei and Jaime effectively end each other. If the latter, will the writers have him say "the things we do for love" as he pushes her from a great height as he does it or would that be too much?

I've felt for a while that it will be a scene that neither Jaime nor Cersei survive. It will either be the closing moments of episode five or the towards the front of episode 6.
