I'm a fan of all three shows, AR being my favorite, and cannot wait for this!!

I don't watch Big Brother or Survivor, but I have been pleasantly surprised by how much I usually like the ones that end up on Amazing Race.

Why do they think Rupert is popular with viewers???

Good Lord, it's now been 16 years since we were first introduced to Rupert.

Granted I liked him the 1st time around, but got really tired of his schtick and the fact that he appeared on 5 seasons.

I didn't think anyone could be more annoying than Rachel, but her sister proved me wrong. Must be a family trait.

Leave it to the one team that I didn't really remember anything about to give us at least one more week with Rupert. Thanks Art and JJ.

Fun to watch Corinne and Eliza decide to lean into being the villains.

The whole digging in the sand at the beginning was a waste of time, not only were they all on the same flight, they all were on the same bus. There was no advantage to finding the clue first.

I couldn't remember Corinne until they showed her epic burn. They instantly became my favorite team because they embraced being catty villains. I hope they're around for a long time.

Why am I not surprised Corinne and Eliza are still single?

I only know Corinne from her Survivor years, but I've halfway followed Eliza (on twitter and the like) for a while. She's a public defender in NYC. You really don't do a job like that for fame or fortune.

Fun start, thought rupert was a goner, 16 years since survivor, yikes....

man that was an embarrassing way to exit week 1...

So glad Rupert is out. His voice is grating, and I hated how Probst loved him so much, he kept bringing back Rupert. Ugh
The elephant challenge looked awesome! I do love the Afghanimals and loved how they tricked Nicole. She's so stupid! I'm really liking Victor, though he wasn't a favorite on Big Brother.
I kind of like Rachel and her sister. She showed a glimpse of how much a cry baby she is during the fish/duck challenge. It'll be great when she explodes on her sister.
So glad this show is back!

Glad to see Rupert gone quickly. I expect the picking off of the low hanging fruit to continue...look for Chris and Brett to keep the other teams comfy until the next mat elimination. Then the real race can begin.

I think Chris is strong, but Brett will cost him; same thing with Janelle and Britney. It's weird seeing zen Colin. I'm remembering why I grew to really dislike Tyler and Corey during their first season.

I really liked the elephant riding challenge. The shots of it looked amazing. It's crazy that both U-turned teams survived, but Team Fun was lucky that Rupert's elephant was broken.

I wouldn't blame the elephant. The moment Rupert said "I'll do it", I knew which team would come in last.
