1970's Brave and the Bold
So I got the 2nd Omnibus for The Brave and the Bold based on issue 119 alone (which I bought when it first came out) and I found that I really liked the first 15 or so issues that I've read.
Bob Haney's stories and Jim Aparo's art were a perfect match, and I've been pleasantly surprised by how good that title was. Good stuff!

Yeah, some of the best Batman stories came out of B&B. The art by JA was fantastic and I like the fact that Haney didn't give a shit about continuity and just wrote a good story.

Aparo is one of my favorite artists and as been said earlier the pairings were dynamite most of the time. Some of the most fun comics from the 1970s.

Re: 1970's Brave and the Bold
A 3rd Omnibus is suppose to come out in the Fall of 2019.
It will have some of some my All-Time favorite BATMAN stories in it. B&B #182 and #197.
Only disappointment is the Human Target backup stories from B&B #143-144 were not included in Vol #2.
I will assume but hope I am wrong that the NEMESIS backups will not be in Vol #3.
