LL Bean changing return policy

New policy states returns are allowed only for 1 year with proof of purchase. Its literally crazy what they used to accept for returns and exchanges. The article above says they lost 250 Million in the past 5 years from abuse of the old policy.

Still an amazingly generous return policy. I have LL Bean shirt from 10 years ago that still look almost new. Great quality stuff.

I suspect the same/similar shirt from today will not be near the same quality as it was then. I also have some LL Bean stuff that is great but not so with most recent purchases.
