Saint Etienne released their 9th studio album on 6/2. And it's a pretty great release.

It *is* a really good album! Nice how their last two LPs have been really, really good... following the sorta-"mehness" that was Finisterre and Tales from the Turnpike House.
As someone who's been a fan for almost 20 years now, I can't believe I'm finally gonna see them live in NYC in September! The last time they came to the US I wasn't in a financial situation to go, and the time before that I didn't find out until it was too late. This time I jumped on tickets as soon as I got the email from them!
