Why are my letters dancing?

I see this sometimes lately : The spaces between letters in words get bigger then smaller and letters slightly overlap each other back and forth. Makes the letters look like they're dancing. Doesn't happen on other websites, only here. Using Mozilla browser. Haven't tried others. Doesn't happen all the time, but sometimes I'll see it for a while.
Anyone else seeing this weird effect?

Haven't seen that effect, and I use Mozilla as well.
