recommend electronic music with clipped voices/voices as instrument
I like electronic music quite a bit. My ear tends to like songs that truncate/clip words to make them short/staccato. I also enjoy hearing the voice as an instrument (some examples might be Steve Reich, Stephen Micus, Sigur Ros).
Here are some electronic tracks that have what I'm talking about:
Two Dots (Lusine)
Fokionos Negri Street (Keep Shelly in Athens)
Meditational Field (Susumu Hirasawa)
What else could be added to this list?

Art of Noise was one of the first bands to do that kind of thing.
