Foo Fighters released this tonight. It's a five song EP and is available for download on the band's website at no cost. You can also pre-order a copy of it on vinyl which releases in February.

Well, at least the files are 320 kbps - definitely not CD quality but obviously it will have to do. Hoping there's some news of a disc release in the coming months.

I'll probably just burn the tracks to a CD and buy the vinyl copy. I'd pick up an official physical CD release if it were available though.

Pretty solid EP overall. Nice surprise to start out the week. I'll pick up the vinyl, sort of wish it was coming out on CD too as I'd like it to go with the rest of my collection (although I have most of their albums on vinyl too) and I listen to CDs more often in the car but I guess I'll just burn a copy.
