Trying to think of an 80's song/artist
I am trying to think of an 80's song. The only hint is that I believe the artist is just a man's name. It was played on the radio but was a bit more obscure. It is not a well-known artist. Although not a hard rock or metal song, it was a little more rocking than the normal synth-ey 80's pop songs. I actually thought of the song a year or so back and forgot to write it down.
Anyone?
Some more info: I think the subject matter of the song has something to do with women or a woman. Also, I recall the video being kinda dark as far as colors go.

Surprised it's taking this long to figure it out with all the great clues that's been given.

NOne of the above. The one I am thinking of is even less well known than any mentioned so far.
I would give more clues if I could but I knew this was a long shot.
Maybe it will come to me. Like I said above, a year or so back I just plucked it out of mid air and was able to find it on Youtube.
