Didn't see a thread for this. Saw the trailer for this when I went to see It Follows last week. This looks like it could be funny or awful. Vergara looks like she's playing the big screen version of Gloria from Modern Family.

I got some laughs from the trailer about Witherspoon's character's height being made fun of.

That looks fun. Reese doing comedy after a few dramatic films will be a good change of pace.

Looks like silly fun. Would definitely rent it.

I'm surprised, Vergara has always shown so much range in her acting abilities...


Reese Witherspoon looks pretty adorable in this though. I'll rent t eventually.

In all fairness, she did act cute and naïve in Big Trouble (though that was the last time she played against type).

Well, has to be a better team up than Bullock and McCarthy.

I liked The Heat.

I didn't hate it, I just found it really boring for some reason.

It sounds like exactly the same movie.

This is cruising along at 10% with 31 reviews in.

And directed by one of the worst hacks in Hollywood

It's down to 6%, which matches Paul Blart 2.

Still checking it out this weekend. I like both ladies and could use a change of pace between all the blockbusters.

Dunno about you but she's been a constant in my life from a child to now. I remember her as that young beautiful 20 something that was co-hosting "Fuera de serie" that was on Univision. Ahhhhhhh... Univision of the 1990s. So much that wouldn't happen now.

I'm one of the few that can't stand Reese Witherspoon (as an actress), so I'm hoping this movie tanks big-time, despite my admiration for Sofia.

Get a load of the newbie.

As for me, a little surprised my fiancee isn't high on this as she likes both actresses. I don't really care for either, Vergara is attractive but seems to need more and more makeup to look that way, and a whole movie with that played up accent seems like it would be pretty annoying to me

Vergara is hot, but she's dime-a-dozen latina. Like Snake, I've watched her on Univision and in novelas for years now. Definitely a sexy woman but there's two dozen of her lurking around what's left of the Sabado Gigante soundstage.

Anyway this movie looks like absolute shit. But I'm not the target audience so no foul.
