X-Men and Fantastic Four aren't solo superhero movies.

Well I think this could be divided for the Marvel Cinematic Universe films and the Sony/Fox films personally but I'm going to say Iron Man too. Just a fun movie and has held up well. A good start to the larger Marvel Cinematic Universe.
As for the rest of the films in that Universe/series I'd rank them:
Captain America: The Winter Soldier
Thor
Iron Man 3 (I've grown to liking this one quite a bit more than I initially did)
Iron Man 2
The Avengers
The Incredible Hulk
Thor: The Dark World
Captain America: The First Avenger
For other Marvel films by Sony or Fox some favorites are:
Spider-Man
Spider-Man 2
X-Men: First Class (not sure if this really counts as a solo movie since it's a team film)
The Wolverine
As for the rest of the films in that Universe/series I'd rank them:

But we did almost have a an officially Cannon Cap film too.
canon- In fiction, canon is the material accepted as "official" in a fictional universe.

If I remember right, Blade returned to Marvel at the same time Daredevil did. Marvel is currently making the Neflix exclusive Daredevil series, so maybe something like that will happen with Blade too.
