Question about fulfillment with blu-ray titles

Can blu-ray titles with club prices of $19.95 each, and discount prices (after 40% off) of $11.97 be counted toward commitment fulfillment? Assuming I'm paying $11.97 for each title.

Negative. They won't count.

So the discount price has to be $19.95 and above. Correct? Again, thanks for replying to my inquiry.

Correct. But if the price is $19.95 after the 40% discount, it will count even if you use the $10 off code.

I haven't fulfilled an account for quite some time, but it should count as 2(at least it did in the past). I once fulfilled with The Skin I Live In. The list price was $45 and the 40% off brought it down to $27. I then applied a $10 off of $25 code to make the final price $17. This order did count as 2 toward fulfillment.

I did exactly the same thing.
