I checked Salma Hayek's list of films on IMDB, and then cross-referenced those with the list of Pierce Brosnan's films. Apparently it is 2004's "After the Sunset."

It occured to my after much deliberation to google salma hayek and pierce bronson and I came to the conclusion that the movie is called "After the Sunset."

I took one of the frames in your link, cropped it to just Salma's boobs, and then did a google image search. Looks like "After the Sunset" is the movie.

I got hold of a HD version of the movie. Movie looked boring as hell but Salma was always looking hot. I made my own edit of the bra and panties scene
