I would love to have these, but will wait for a Complete Series deal down the line.

With all but the 9th season out, I'm betting the announcement for the complete season isn't far off.

One of the newer, low-level stations in our area has been showing lots of old TV shows like PM. In fact, PM is shown twice a day; once in the morning and later in the evening, and they aren't repeats. I've been watching for several months and it appears that the shows must be edited down a bit from their original airtime. It would be nice to see episodes in their entirety, but as much as I like watching Perry Mason I don't think I want to invest in the series on disk.
Out of curiosity, does anyone know if these are unedited or edited? And, if edited, by how much?

Mason episodes were very densely plotted, with an entire novel often being condensed into a one-hour episode. Cut ten or more minutes out of that and it's easy to lose a lot of the storyline.
