VUDU has just been added to the Roku channel store.

When you activate the Roku, you get a free $5.99 credit. I got one even though I already had a VUDU account.

There's also some free stuff on VUDU. A couple recent TV shows offer "Free First Episode".

Great news.. I have been missing VUDU, Cinemanow (yeah... for some of my freebies), and not really missing YouTube... since switching my streaming habits over to my Roku... I like the Amazon Instant Video and Netflix interfaces much better than the old Blu player.... and VUDU always had a good interface on my old Blu player ... so this is, as I stated already, Great news..

Vudu was better when they had porn, but that got booted after Wal-Mart bought the company

I like Vudu's interface - better than Hulu's in my opinion.

I'm tossing around the idea of buying the Homeland Season 1 for $17.99, before the $5.99 new user credit.
