Who would you like to helm Star Wars episode 7 (and beyond)

Please, I'm not interested in those that say "nobody", or "let it die", or "Lucas raped my childhood".

For the purposes of this particular thread, let's say these sequels were going to happen, what current day film maker do you think would give the fans the type of Star Wars movie that they have been craving since the end of Empire Strikes Back?

Episode VII: Christopher Nolan
Episode VIII: Edgar Wright
Episode IX: Michel Gondry

All without any Lucas interference.

Pick an experienced nobody. Worked for Empire Strikes Back.

But then I started thinking about Terminator and Avatar.

I don't necessarily want to see Episodes 7-9, I just wish Lucas would allow other filmmakers to make films set in the SW universe. I'd bust a nut if they turned the "Knights of the Old Republic" stories into films.

Anyone but George Lucas or someone personally hired by him.

Duncan Jones
Darren Aronofsky
Danny Boyle

Ideally, the three would work together on all three screenplays (with their choice of writers, if needed), but each would take the director's chair for a single film.

Lucas still would have the final say what's the point.

Re: Who would you like to helm Star Wars episode 7 (and beyond)

I still want a David Lynch directed Return Of The Jedi

Instead of Luke and Leia being brother and sister they are really the same person. Darth Vader is possessed by The Emperor and doesn't know what he is doing and Yoda is the baby of Padme and Anakin and he is driving them madd. Also Harry Dean Stanton keeps showing up for no reason.
