Nothing very interesting. Pearl Jam Twenty for $11 is decent, but do I really need another live Pearl Jam CD? Not really.

Especially considering there's a free one up on google music. 9/11/11 Toronto.

I might grab a couple of titles, but nothing is really that pressing.

There's some pretty good box set prices on there.

There will no doubt be MP3 deals, though who knows about titles and prices. The music countdown page says "Check back on November 21 for Black Friday Week Deals, including CD Lightning Deals, big discounts on hit albums, and six superstar MP3 deals each day."

These are Lightning Deals, and the Lightning Deals terms say:

"Only one promotional discount is available per Lightning Deal customer."

Of course, you could always be 2 customers...

Nothing that's absolutely must have. I may be interested in the Bob Dylan Mono box set and Queen Volume 1 box set.

Nothing grabbing my attention either, unless those mystery titles turn out to be something spectacular.

The only real things of major interest to me (Springsteen box and Marley deluxe editions) I already own.

They'll probably have other stuff cheap during the week though. But honestly, if you collect CDs, practically every day is Black Friday on amazon, with marketplace sellers offering lots of catalog titles for $6-8 shipped for brand new copies.

It's not an Amazon deal, but I figured anyone looking for CD sales might check in here anyway.



As of this posting, you can get Taylor Swift - Speak Now World Tour: Live (CD/DVD) (Target Exclusive w/ Bonus Content) online for $9.99, excluding tax and shipping. Even factoring those in though it's still cheaper than anywhere else and you get bonus content.

Totally thought this was a pricing error this morning. This is going on my daughter's XMas list...and I will probably watch it even more than she will .

Geez, I signed onto Amazon for Queen box set at 1:01pm and 100% already claimed it! I'm on the waiting list but I have no idea how that works on Amazon. Does anyone have experience with this? Am I getting a copy or is this Amazon's way of letting me down gently that I wont in on this deal?

Depends on when you got in. I've been on the waiting list and gotten the deal and also gotten rejected. Does it give you a % chance or something like that?

I picked up the Queen set on the waiting list. Logged in about 4 after the start and was shocked. I was accepted (check out button becomes yellow instead of grayed out) around 40 minutes later.

If amazon was a chick, this is like catching a 30 yard pass into the friend zone.
