Just a head's up that this was down around $6.49 a month ago.

I missed it for $6.49. Still a good deal at $9.95.

I ordered it for $4.98 from a third party seller with Amazon fullfilment back in June. It even went a few cents cheaper shortly after that.

Yup, same here. That was a great deal! $6.50 is good price too.
