All 4 seasons of one of the funniest sketch comedy shows ever on 6 discs! That's only $5 a season. So ordering this when I get paid on Friday!

That's still cheaper than I paid for all the seasons separately: (2002-$24.99 1st&2nd Season; 2003-3rd season $26.24; 2004-4th Season-$24.49)! If only I had waited 8-6 years!

Although I see it is $19 bucks brand new on Amazon Marketplace. It amazes me how these 3rd party sellers are able to make a profit selling 50% below normal price.

I see 5 new copies from Amazon Marketplace at or below 19.99. You better hope 5 people on this board don't think that's a great deal (I do, but my CC is still reeling from Thriller), or you may not be ordering it when you get paid on Friday! Just sayin'.

That's five different sellers, not necessarily only 5 copies.


You should make sure you order one first if quantities are limited. It's good that you want to share, but if you really want something like this, get it for yourself first, then post.

You are correct, sir. I'm a dark cloud instead of silver-lining kind of guy. Odds are at least one of these sellers has more than one copy available.

I've often seen the Complete Collection around this price, especially during the holidays and during certain DeepDiscount sales. The going rate in sales is usually $9.99/season or $19.99 Complete.

You should check your local Walgreen's - I got the seasons separately for $3.99 each. $12 total

Got this for around the same price at Best Buy during their 50% off HBO sale.

I'm guessing that marketplace sellers matched the amazon price and now that amazon has corrected itself, the marketplace sellers have not followed yet (since there are now other sellers at that low price). It is a domino effect that doesn't have a mechanism to correct itself until the sellers manually figure out what happened.

I'll second the Walgreen's suggestion. I'd basically given up on picking up this series since it's a blind buy but I saw it at one of the Walgreen's in town but didn't pick it up. Went to a different Walgreen's closer to the house and they had it(all 3 sets) also. Seems to be pretty common in their dvd section.

I put in an order from a "fulfilled by amazon" seller, had it acknowledged, and then shortly afterward got an abrupt cancellation notice. That seller isn't listed any longer so maybe it sold out.

Or maybe the seller realized Amazon bumped their price back up and they don't want to sell it for $20 if they can sell it for $40.

these jerk sellers use computerized pricing programs that automatically price match and then dont want to honor it.

It is because of the insane competition on there and the crazy business logic that your item must be the absolutely lowest priced item on the site. I've listed dvds for sale on there, and within minutes, someone prices the same dvd one penny lower.

Some of these dumb fuckers are now listing dvds for $0.01. As a buyer, makes me feel like I'm buyign a piece of crap at that price.

This set is only $22.49 at B&N. Check the B&N thread for available coupons and discount links and you should be able to get it for the price in the OP or less.

Yeah, the worst is when they wait a week after you place your order and then cancel it.

I have a friend that used to put items on Amazon to sell for insanely low and in the description put "DO NOT BUY, DISC DOES NOT PLAY" and then wait for one of the larger companies to undercut the price and then buy it and cancel his listing..

It is $19.99 again at Amazon and is shipped from and sold by Amazon. I just ordered my copy.
