I know some people have their collections on their signature but i want to know exactly know many DVDtalkers are in the same league as I am meaning have already passed the 1,000 mark. I'm I a minority or a majority here? Feels like I'm in the big leagues but who knows...

I have a couple thousand, but at the end of October, I plan on selling off or giving away a large portion of my collection and changing my buying habits drastically.

I have ~2,424 titles in all formats (VHS & DVD, not interested in making the switch to HD right now). Another 10 or so on the DVR that I plan to record to DVD-R one of these days...

I have over a thousand DVDs, probably over 2000 by now, although I haven't stopped to count in quite a few years. I have many more VHS tapes.

Could be more, but around 500 TV seasons and 3000 films if I had to guess.

Currently 398 of my favorite movies and TV shows, but I count each season of each TV series as 1. If I were to count each disc in each season I'd probably have well over 500 (probably closer to 600). For example, my Stargate (SG-1/Atlantis) series consists of 15 seasons and 2 movies so if I were to count each disc I'd have to add 61 just for this series. I chose to count them this way however, I wasn't trying to pad my numbers, really didn't care about that. -kd5-
