Yes, it is direct to video. At least it was the first time he released it, back in 1999. At the time, he was shilling it in late night commercials.

Apparently he's pulled it off the shelf, slapped some current Lohan footage in it (Notice she has the SCRAM bracelet in it ) and he's trying again. Interestingly, I can't find the original commercial on youtube...but I assure you, 90% of it was the same footage that's in this trailer.

This wasn't funny when I saw it 10 years ago and I doubt any better today.

I remember being so excited to get the DVD (in high school) and being so disappointed with how stupid it was.

I love how Vince Offer is trying to release this film through his own means once again.

Vince is like the George Lucas of comedy. This is awesome. It's good to see that his vision will finally be complete with the 2010 version. I'll buy this if a BD is available.
