Yeah, but only if the Indian court would hold it up. Bollywood steals from other movies all the time without any repercussion; the big difference would be if they tried to market their films on DVD or theatrically in regions where a lawsuit would stand.
There was a movie called "Zinda" which was basically "Oldboy" but without the more twisted story points and Park-Chan Wook tried to sue, but I believe it ended up being a futile act.
Personally I want to see HALKa and El Santo fight Turkish Spider-Man and Captain Turkish America.

did anyone actually click on the video and go it's youtube page thing? It's a parody short film....says it right there....
