Couple of Godafther & Godfather Part II questions for ya
How did Vito know that it was Barzini not Tataglia behind the killing of Sonny?
When exactly did Fredo turn against Michael? was it during the in-between unseen time between the two movies? And could someone explain the whole Michael/Fredo/Roth various betrayals thing.

Cuz Tataglia's just a pimp....Barzini had the most to gain from it
It's all rather clear about the Fredo stuff. He just turned that way before you see him again in 2. the betrayals again...is plain as day in there. I'm not describing that one.

During the meeting with the heads of the 5 families, you can see that it's Barzini basically confirming all of Vito's suspicions.

I'm more puzzled over the unexplained wrecked car from THE GODFATHER. She asks him about Michael, glances as the car and asks about it, then Tom explains that it's just an accident but no one got hurt. Then they talk about Michael again. Huh?

Solid Snake is kidding. I don't think it's clear at all what Fredo did other than associate with Roth and Ola without discussing his association with Michael, thus keeping him vulnerable and exposed.
