David Fincher produces
It's made by Blur Studios, haven't seen any of their work.
Eric Powell (creator of the comic) is the writer for the film
Clancy Brown will voice The Goon and Paul Giamatti will be Franky. I was game for this already but...I love this trailer...

I guess I just don't see the appeal. Granted, I've never read the comic, nor do I have any desire to, but that trailer was pretty boring. Is it just the zombie thing that everybody seems to like?

I'm a huge fan of the comic since its early indie-pre-Dark-Horse days, but this animated film really does nothing for me.

The Goon is one thing I've been behind on reading. I love the animation in the comics. I'm sure I'd love it based on what it's about. I need to start reading The Good soon.
