DVD Talk review of 'Vengeance Trilogy' (Blu-ray)

I read Ryan Keefer's DVD review of Vengeance Trilogy at http://www.dvdtalk.com/reviews/read.php?ID=42554 and...

I have previously purchased Old Boy on Blu-Ray but have yet to watch it, should these movies be viewed in order? I wasn't aware of a trilogy when I bought Old Boy, and now almost regret it, as I'd rather have the whole set.

Nope. Although it is considered the director's "Vengeance Trilogy" the stories are all independent from each other.

I would watch them in order only because it shows the evolution of the director. Oldboy is arguably the best movie of the set, but Min-Sik Choi's performance in the latter two films are amazing contrasts, and one should see him as Oh Dae-Su first.
