Hey guys, I need help identifying a particular 80's horror movie. Unfortunately, I don't have much to go on except its box art. My friend's father owned a video rental store back in the 80's and the image from the VHS box is burned into my memory, but I can't for the life of me remember the title. I honestly don't know if I've actually seen the film before.

The cover of the VHS box portrayed a city or building/skyscraper landscape at night. Some of the windows of the center building were lit up and some were not. The pattern of the lit windows revealed a skull or skull & crossbones image.

I want to say that the movie had "death" or "dead" in the title, but I'm not sure. (That really narrows it down for ya, huh? ) Anyway, any help would be much appreciated. I've tried googling stuff and imdb, but without the title, it's pretty tough.

That's actually a pretty good movie. Michael Ironside rocks.
