DVD Talk review of 'The Children' (Blu-ray)

I read Adam Tyner's DVD review of The Children at http://www.dvdtalk.com/reviews/read.php?ID=38572 and...

Did we see the same movie? I bought this as a blind buy from Amazon.co.uk months ago and thought it was one of the worst films I had ever seen. The acting was wooden. I didn't find it suspenseful, scary or even chilling for one second. I thought the child actors were annoying. For the first 30 minutes or so, all they did was run around screaming as the parents drank. Before people started getting killed off. The best thing I can say about the film is that is has nice cinematography. But you know what I did when I got done watching this? Threw it away. I kid you not.
