Pretty much any scene in filmed Batman (serial, movie, TV series) with Bruce Wayne and Dick Grayson. The Batman pilot (1965) with Adam West and Burt Ward has a great bit where they talk about going on fishing trips together. This always gets a laugh at comic conventions.

How about in "Let the Right One In" when Oskar visits his dad? His dad's "friend" comes over to visit and Oskar gets weirded out and shuts down. Everyone thought that a homosexual relationship with this male friend must be the reason the parents weren't together anymore.

IIRC, the director was confused by the American audiences jumping to this conclusion, as clearly the dad was an alcoholic and this friend was a drinking buddy that he was going to get drunk with rather than spend time with his son.

Rent Clerks II, and there is a funny scene where they talk about how gay this scene was.
