Who's her audience these days?

You don't see her for her looks any longer, she doesn't have the cool factor that she once had, and she can't sing. In fact, it's been established for a very long time that she doesn't sing most of the time.

Really, I mean the only show I know that I'm seeing this year is Green Day. But I might have seen Britney for fun back around the Toxic days or just before. Back then she didn't need me, she had the young kids and the ones I meet don't seem to like Britney at all.

So who goes to see her? How does she still fill arenas?

I'd still drill her.

You know I wondered the same thing, and then my sister (25 years old) and one of my female friends (27) both went to see her in concert very recently. I was aghast. Her music still gets plays at clubs and places like that so I assume it is that crowd checking her out.

I really should take back what I said. That was unnecessarily harsh. And yeah, musicians do make all kinds of crazy faces on stage while performing.

That said, my interest in this picture is on her backup dancer in the background.



Her audience is the fans who grew up listening to her a decade ago. They are in their mid-20s now, like her. And she has a huge fanbase with gay men. She certainly employs plenty among her dancers.
