Eliza Dushku is a police detective in Rochester NY driven beyond the point of insanity in her quest to stop a serial killer of preteen girls. I've never really been impressed with Dushku, but she was pretty good here. An admirable portrayal of a nervous breakdown. Also starring Cary Elwes who looked quite bloated, and I'm almost certain he had no eyebrows. Supposedly based on real killings, but the story is completely made up. The killer's identity is fairly obvious early on.

Not a great movie, but a must for fans of Dushku.
