sorry about making a thread about this but,
about 3 accounts ago I ordered Bank Job (2 discs) and it stopped working. I must have ordered over 300 dvds and this is the first one to stop working ( I take care of the movies).
My question is do I shoot a message to columbia house ( I am currently a member but canceled the account that I ordered bank job with ) about replacing bank job or do I go about it another way (contacting Lions Gate, etc.)?

You're going to throw it away and buy another.

If there is no visible damage, and you think there might be a manufacturing defect, you could reach out to the publisher. But if, as "it stopped working" seems to indicate, it has been damaged, it's on you.
