My question is, why haven't us Americans heard of this movie? It was released a year ago in the UK and has already been released on dvd (R2). The cast is brilliant and known to American audiences. Plus, who doesn't like a good prison escape movie?

I was just doing a random search on Amazon.uk and came across it while flipping through the "Customers Who Bought This Item Also Bought" feature. Maybe there's some UK members here who could give us their thoughts on the film.

I saw this during its short run here in LA. I thought it was a good solid movie and had some good twists on the standard prison escape movie. It was very odd to see Capt. Winters as a such a creepy bad guy and I hardly recognized Joseph Fiennes.
