Title says it all. I have a 3 month Gold subscription card for XBOX 360 Live that I got for Christmas but I barely even play my 360 anymore and already have a couple of 1 month cards still unused so figure I would see if I could get a Blu-ray out of it. It has a $19.99 retail value and can be added to XBOX live accounts that already exist so this isn't one of those first time user things.
