I am trying to remember the name of this movie I saw a few years ago on Showtime or HBO. The only things I remember is it was called the Dumbest Dummy or something along those lines and the director refused to put his name on the movie because it was so awful.

This really goofy guy would disappear from one room and reappear in another. That I believe was the whole premise of the movie.

Was the guy blue-skinned?

If so, you were seeing Woody Allen's X2 which he released under the true pseudonym Bryan Singer.
