Actors with different appearences from poster & film?

Seeing the thread about Scream's cover art in DVD Covers made me think of this thread idea.

As that OP mentioned, Skeet Ulrich looks different like what he did on the poster for Scream then he did in the movie (no mustache, for one). Rounders is another example. John Malkovich sports a thick beard in the movie, yet on the poster he only has stubble.

Can anybody think of any others?

On the cover of the Chasing Amy DVD, Ben Affleck is clean shaven, but he has a goatee in the movie.

Samuel L. Jackson seems to be missing something in these:

Bill Murrary looks like he has Down Syndrome in this new DVD cover:

Those Pulp Fiction ones are the best! I think I had read somewhere that when it was time for the photo shoot, somebody had lost the wig and they didn't have time to make a new one so they just shot Jackson as is.

Worth a shot. Although he does look really bizarre with the beard.

I understand Seagal's gained like 200 lbs since he went the Direct-to-DVD route, but his face in this here looks just ridiculous to hide the many chins and wrinkles.

^LoL...In the middle of the pic, I said, "Is that Lance Henriksen? Man, he's looking old" Went to IMDB to be sure and wasn't surprised at his character's name

Oh yeah, and let's not forget that early Joe Pesci-movie that you can find in the $2 DVD bin:

That Pulp Fiction one was the first that popped into my mind. First time I saw it, I really did a double take. Nice to know the story behind it now.
