Netflix...now streaming to Macs...

I just got the email a few days ago letting me know that they finally fixed compatibility issues with Apple computers.

Stream away!

Yup. I used Netflix streaming the other day to accidentally discover (had never previously heard of him) just how friggin' funny Bill Burr is.

While they had promised to accomodate Macs by the end of 2008 a few months back, I was starting to get nervous. I will be away from home on extended business here shortly with nothing but a Macbook so have this extra means of seeing films will be very nice.

I wish they would offer a streaming account only, since I have no desire to deal with waiting for physical DVDs. I'd gladly pay full price to not have to give them a credit card number.

I used this on my PC last year. Excited to use on my Macs. Personally . . . I just like watching documentaries and cartoons with this method. My series movie watching will still be done on the TV.
