I picture these actors as forever aged at 45-55 from their first movies to their current movies. Can anyone think of any other actors like this? Please post photos of them in their youth if possible.

Never realized how old Samuel L Jackson is, he's turning 60 this year. He was 41 in Do the Right Thing.

Quite badass movies too back then. Like Jackson County Jail (Where that pic is from) and Rolling Thunder.

Rodney Dangerfield's first role was around age 50, with his first notable role (Caddyshack) when he was 59.

Alan Ruck was 30 years old when he played a high school student in Ferris Bueller's Day Off. Does that count?

Hah! I'm watching "Armegeddon" right now with these two jokers. You're right, Bruce and Steve both seem like they've always been in their 40's. Bruce was 33 in Die Hard? That's so weird because I can't think of him as that young. However, I do think Bruce keeping the bald head helps him stay relatively youthful looking.

Liam Neeson (29 in Excalibur; 31 in Krull)
I remember Liam in both films. For the "Excalibur" mention let me add Patrick Stewart (41 in Excalibur; 36 in I,Claudius). I first saw Stewart in "I,Claudius" and even though he was 36, in my mind right now as I'm picturing him, he just seems to have always been in his 60's. Maybe it has to do with Stewart's aura of authority and leadership he seems to naturally give off.

I wonder if this is the "Old Soul" thing at work here?
