Family Video....99 cent mystery DVD

Not sure if it is a deal or what you get but with the free ship code (FAMVID30), you can play the lottery with 5 DVD's for 4.95, not bad.

Can anyone comment on some mystery DVD's they ahve recieved?

I bought 5 of them, 1 for each of my kids and one for myself.

Got free shipping so I figured what the heck, better than throwing a few bucks at a can of Copenhagen.

Oh, you made it sound like the mystery DVD could be one of 5 different ones.

Is there any reason to think that you won't get the same dvd 5 times?

Um, good luck with that. You get one movie out of thousands of possible titles. But hey, I suppose anything could happen. It's worth the buck just for the fun! It's like playing the lottery...

The coupon is only taking off 99 cents for me if you order only ONE title (shipping is $1.99). This happen to anyone else?

EDIT: I decided to order 5 of the mystery DVD's, so it didn't matter. But apparently you can't get just ONE title with free shipping.

Erm, the genre of the DVD is a mystery film or is the mystery that you don't know what you're getting?

I ordered 5 for a total of $5.27 shipped. If I dont like them I'll just sell them at my local used DVD store and will probably get at least $10 or $15 in credit of something like that.
Lets get some Criterions!

Wouldn't it be funny if the brand new mystery DVD you get was the same as one of the used titles you ordered?

Lol, I ordered 5 with the $5 coupon that I got for the Journey to the Center of the Earth Blu-ray fiasco. Just paid tax and shipping ($2.39).

Thanks OP.

I just did the same.

Hopefully it doesn't come up a Yahtzee.

Strange- it says "limit one per household."

I guess they let the first few people load up then had to limit it.

It does not matter what I get, they look good in a stocking for 1.00 each

Said the MSRP would range from like 12.99-29.99 so only God knows what I will get, I am getting excited to see though.

Same here. I'm going to be seriously pissed if I get 5 Wiggles DVDs or something.
