Hey Guys,

I bought the Spider-Man trilogy on Blu-ray a couple months back and didn't' even bother to watch it since I'd just seen them on DVD a month or so prior. I shelved the discs and finally pulled out SP3 to watch and found that the PS3 wouldn't read it. I flip it over and find:



Now it's long since out of the return period, so I emailed Sony's customer service ([email protected]) on 7/22 and have yet to get any kind of reply. Is there another email or number I can call about getting the disc replaced? If all else fails it's fairly cheap used, but I'd rather not have to rebuy the film...especially since it's not exactly my favorite of the trilogy.

I searched the forum for any disc replacement contact info and found some emails for other studios, but none for Sony. My apologies if something has been posted about this issue, however.
