Decent episode, but man those conversations were ethereal tonight.

Have they actually explained what Lee will be doing? He talked about taking on a new roll, etc, but I didn't catch what it is that his new job will be...

Is Jamie Bamber off the show, or is Apollo just moving to a different ship with less face time?

Baltar is the new Kirk of this generation, he's nailing everything in sight.

Adama is just covering his bets by letting Starbuck do her thing. Can't really hurt to have her go look-about.

Quite a new development amongst the cylons, pretty much a civil war amongst the different models (and Boomer splintering is yet another new development in cylon history).

My guess would be that he's going to be the "Quarum of 12" representative for Caprica - the position of which was previously held by Baltar (at least early in the first Season it was).

No. That's not supposed to happen until the second half of this season.

Judging by the previews of the next episode:

Spoiler:
Callie could be toast. Pun intended.

No poll? I thought last week was alright but this week was awesome.

Got a Head Baltar now. "Are you Six in Disguise?"

Cylon stuff was great.

He's received "feelers" ... to be "in government". What more do you want than that? Pilot, lawyer, government official. Next week, Apollo's true calling will be Circus Clown. Just like his grandfather. The other one.

If Starbuck screams, "I know where Earth is! It's so beautiful. I can't feel it anymore!" one more time, someone should blow her out of the god-damned air lock.

I definitely agree. I was a lot more interested in the scenes on the basestar than on Galactica.

Yeah, it was starting to look like this show's version of "WAAAAALLLT!"

I enjoyed this episode.

I bet the show-runners are kind of cursing themselves that they arbitrarily picked Sharon to be #8. Now they have this unnatural gap in the first 7 and the final 5.

I'm surprised they didn't make the gap #1, and make the final cylon somehow special (and first).

That preview from next week when the centurions stop taking orders looks amazing. But really who has sex with their bra on, seriously. They should have had some sort of forced perspective so that you didn't see anything, things like that really take me out of a cinema experience.

And D'Anna is Three and Doral is five. And Natalie's Six. Who's seven?

Edit: Wait, Boomer's eight and there just isn't a #7?

I thought that it *might* be Baltar, but his spine didn't glow when he was humping Tory Foster. Speaking of that scene, originally she didn't like Baltar. Did she change her mind (and really like him), or was she "taking one for the team"?

Apparently, there's a Doctor Who next Friday at 8:30/7:30C...

Did they really need to have that watermark up for the entire episode?

The problem with this episode was that it was peppered with B-plot material, and no main thrust to the episode, it felt more like a transitional or setup episode.
