One Shining Moment and the Doogie Howser last scene were awesome

Too bad they didn't have Lisa Dean Ryan in the bed at the end

Great episode. I loved the parts of them arguing over who would win out of the matchups.

Marshall: "I have a list too. It's called my marriage license."
(high-five)

Very funny episode, if a little over the top. Is the mystery woman Ted's wife? This show has more unanswered questions than Lost!

That NCAA pool in Staten Island they mentioned is real. It was a pretty big deal for many years around here, people would come in from different states to play.
Until one winner declared his prize with the IRS. Obviously, you're supposed to do that, but none of the past winners did. So, even though the pool was perfectly legal, the feds came sniffing around for info, and the bar owner decided he didn't need the hassle. Another bar picked it up this year, and it's gotten quite big again. I'm sure the IRS is watching closely.

Ted is a friggin' porn star!

I loved how the girls were ones from past episodes.

Anyone catch the old lady in Barney's memory montage? Did I miss an episode?

I believe it was Madeline Albright. He mentioned sleeping with her in a past episode. If memory serves me right, it's the episode where Barney gets "the yips".

Great episode. Anytime this show goes Barney-centric they have some golden moments.

If Benny from The Sopranos had stuck his head in the window, I think I would've died with sheer delight.

Laughed pretty hard at the Marriage License High Five

One of the best in a long while; and not just because Lily had so much screentime. Though that didn't hurt.

Wow, I am surprised all the love this one is getting. I thought this episode was pretty weak.

The only laugh I got was the marriage license line.

Still not confirmed. The ratings are about the same as they've always been, but no one's been given the green light for another season yet.

It made the top 20 for the Britney episode.

2 weeks ago was the highest rated of the season due to the pre-Britney hype, last weeks was an all time high for the show thanks to Brit, if the show can hold on to the audience, it'll be fine, if not, dunno.

I guess you never watched Doogie Howser.

My wife and I were rolling at that last scene. Great episode overall. Loved the "One Shining Moment" montage.

Nice Neil Patrick Harris promo for the new Harold & Kumar movie during the show.

How are they going to perpetuate his character as a sex maniac from the 1st film now that NPH is out of the closet?

I loved how she was acting inconspicuous at the juke-box...

The same way they're doing it on the show? The show scored 9.67m viewers last night, that's a nice boost from what it was averaging for most of the season.

Cobie Smulders in the bar seduction scene?

The writers need to hook up Barney and Robin!

Easily up there with "Slap Bet" from last season as one of the best eps. I'm surprised it took them too long to tip their hat to Doogie. Complete with theme music! Classic!

Um, on the show he plays Barney Stinson. In the last movie, he played himself - Neil Patrick Harris the actor and crazy, partying womanizer.
